  • Provide oversight, support and guidance to operation Leaders in the timely for Finance Monthly Report.
  • Provide oversight, support and guidance to Myanmar net Showrooms.
  • Provide supportive supervision and on-the-job training such as how to use software if any operation policy changes.
  • Prepare schedule of monthly assign duty, OT and other HR matters.
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize operation risk.
  • To control daily logistic such as inventory, prepaid card, reseller credit limit.
  • Checking and distribution the inventory list to smooth operations.
  • Provides financial operations data and reports as needed by CFO.
  • Assists and overview in Loan operation and insurance operation if necessary
  • Other Ad-hoc duties if needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and Accounting or LCCI –Level 3 / ACCA or CPA.
  • At least 5 years’ experiences in the accounting and operation manger field.
  • Having experience in Loan operation is a plus.
  • Able to do well the accounting software such as ERP.
  • Patient and strong communication with over hundreds of team members and other cross team members.
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and able to negotiate with other cross team members.
  • Good analytic skill and good interpersonal skill
  • Prefer candidates who can do the new challenge.
