An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Detail analysis for income statements.
  • Monitoring budgetary control to report differences between actual vs budget.
  • Supervising & instructing subordinates to accomplish their job timely.
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee operations of the Account & Finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and good management on cash flow.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
  • Manage regular companies tax process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ACCA
  • 7+ years proven leadership experience in manager role
  • Exhibits strong analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, Financial Management and procedures.
  • Able to use Odoo /ERP/SAP software
  • Experience running annual audit
