  • Prepare & calculation of weekly and monthly income schedule
  • Check GL issues, settlement and Disputes as part of Daily operation flow
  • Prepare and check of Trial Balance correctness
  • Post Journal adjustments to system
  • Prepare cashbook and GL
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other payment-related accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with established accounting standards and regulations
  • Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior management if required
  • Analyze financial data to identify potential areas of improvement if required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, evaluate the financial feasibility of projects, and provide financial insights to support decision-making
  • Liaise with auditors and other finance professionals
  • Daily reconciliation by working together with operation & Finance team
  • Other tasks assigned by team manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or relevant field
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in related field
  • Good knowledge of financial management principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in English language
