1. Inspector must check full cleanliness of kitchen for hygienic before cooking
2. Inspector must check full cleanliness of all tools and item in the kitchen
3. Inspector well verse about specification of foods for cooking as follow exactly food ingredients as per given by clients for preparing the foods.
4. Inspector must ensure all item related for preparing foods as our guidelines and spec
5. Inspector must ensure all item working properly (TEMPERATURE GAUGE/ MICROWAVE/OVEN and etc)
6. Inspector must take photo.
7. Inspector must in rotation basis as we want the inspector must change every week to ensure not direct contact with Kitchen rep as ensure the indepdent job.

- Person who have experience in food industry before and understand the HACCP Standards.
- who can work at Myawaddy.
