Supervise all construction workers for workmanship, progress by daily.
Monitor quality standard of all jobs and ensure that all quality assurance is being met.
Ensure site safety and keep clean site environment.
Keep record and reports to Project Engineer for daily manpower, machinery, equipment, tools, etc.
Control to site using materials, machinery, equipment, tools, etc.
Lead to the safety toolbox meeting.
Train workers.
Report project progress to engineers.

Job Requirements

Prefer for passed basic high school level.
Prefer competent in reading and understanding English.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience working on civil construction industry and process (Building/Foundation/Piling).
Experience in Microsoft software.
Perform quality checks on construction equipment.
Knowledge of relative safety standards for construction sites.
Willing to learn and teach others.
Reliable, responsible and able to work independently work schedule.
Willing to travel to project.
