Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote edible oil products and differentiate them from competitors in the market.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to establish brand name as a trusted and preferred choice among consumers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Drive the development of innovative marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and social media initiatives, to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including packaging, labels, brochures, and point-of-sale materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Manage the company's digital branding efforts, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive insights, and use findings to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, website traffic, and social media engagement, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with sales & distribution team to align marketing efforts with business objectives, sales targets, and product launches.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles, with a focus on digital marketing and branding strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and digital branding initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and exploring new digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Familiarity with the Myanmar market and consumer preferences, particularly in the edible oil category, is a plus.
