Accountable for ensuring that all transactions of her team are aligned to policy and procedure of Procurement
Lead the subordinates in sourcing, buying, and contracting activities for procurement categories assigned to them
Control the action of the team to ensure that every member is following the company policies.
Assist the immediate superior for any information needed to fulfil the management requirements.
Prepare the reports required by the immediate superior.
Any other task as defined by ACS Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain with 2-year in managerial position.
Has Leadership skills, able to lead a number of subordinates
Has Networking Skills, able to maintain contact and good relationship with different people in the network.
Negotiation Skills, able to strategize approach and influence the vendor.
Excellent Communication Skills, speaking, writing, reading
Good Analytical Skills, good in analysing reports and able to use it as tool in Procurement
Has Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint skills to do the reporting requirement
Very Assertive
