Job Summary
Join Mingalar Thiri Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw as a Housekeeping Manager and lead daily housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee staff, standards, and supplies while supporting a polished hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise housekeeping teams and assign daily tasks to maintain high cleanliness standards.
● Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation are consistent.
● Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver efficient service and professional hospitality.
● Manage inventory, linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment to support smooth operations.
● Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to resolve guest requests and room issues.
● Monitor schedules, performance, and compliance with hotel policies, safety, and sanitation rules.

● Proven experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or manager role.

    Must have minimum 3 years experience in related field.

● Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills.

● Good knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene procedures, and guest service best practices.

● Ability to organize workloads, manage inventory, and control housekeeping supplies.

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

● Able to work flexible hours and maintain a professional, guest-focused attitude.

● Prior experience in a hotel environment is highly preferred.
