• Update the daily attendance and leave
• Recording Employee personal information, proper employee resign/ exit checklist, sustain employees’ information
• Prepare Probation Contract and Employee Contract
• Making orientation training for the new employee
• Prepare SSB document and payment process
• Maintaining of the fixed accept and company’s property
• Prepare document for the purchasing process of office accessories
• Inform to immigration office such as Form, FRC, etc., for the foreigner
• Assist the payroll process monthly
• Welling to work effectively and active
• Performs other related duties as assigned
