Hydrogeologist at Leading Mining Service Company in Yangon

o Evaluate and analyse the quality and quantity of underground water systems
o Up to 1,700,000 MMK + other allowances

About the Company

One of the leading mining services providers in Myanmar. Internationally owned service company which providing wide range of services in the industry

The Role

● Test and detect the quality, quantity and the source of the underground water
● Manage studies to discover the location, size and movement of underground water systems
● Make plans for water drainage development
● Analyse water, soil nature and other elements in the situation of mining, power and infrastructure developments
● Determine environmentally and safest ways to acquire underground water

Job Requirements

● Minimum 5 to 10 years of Hydrology field experience in Mining and Infrastructure projects
● Excellent knowledge in drilling, and applications to evaluate groundwater characteristics
● Strong experiences in Soil test, water test, design test and pumping test, CAD skills, GIS and modelling are required
● Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or any other related field
● Strong English communication and writing skills are required
● Ability to travel for field projects
