Purpose: The Impact Analyst’s purpose is to help ONOW achieve the intended impact of tools and solutions through understanding and designing business requirements, and responding to the performance of tools and programs. The role will focus on improving the business requirements cycle by coordinating business needs with management and project leads, communicating with design and software teams, and monitoring the results of projects and tools, as well as the level to which user needs are being met.
Key Activities: The IA ensures ONOW is designing effective solutions for users and management across its programs and products. The IA is the point person representing management objectives and user needs to all of the functional teams. The IA is familiar with ONOW’s measurement framework, the company’s product creation process, and the expectations and needs of target users. The IA understands if the products and solutions are doing what they are meant to do. They will turn results into insights and actionable improvements in a rapid-response manner.
BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
Understand product and project objectives by studying contracts, proposals and Terms of Reference (ToRs)
Coordinate with Management to convert objectives into business requirements
Collaborate with M&E team to understand Theories of Change and Impact Pathways and associated indicators and activities
Communicate requirements to relevant functional teams (Tech, Content, Data) and provide accountability and signoff during the development process
Be familiar with user journeys to ensure accurate solution development
RESULTS MONITORING AND ACTION
Actively monitor the results of products and projects in coordination with Data and M&E, as well as through observing user feedback
Generate hypotheses and insights from the data and results
Build action plans for addressing gaps to propose to Functional Team Leads
Propose adjustments in user journeys and activities to improve outcomes
Report real-time and milestone results to management and leads as agreed on a project basis
PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS NECESSARY

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Any bachelor’s degree
Previous work experience or self-study course in Data analysis, M&E, related fields
Previous experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
Fluent in Burmese, Intermediate English for report writing needed
Skills Needed:
Good organization, strong analytical skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
Proficiency with spreadsheets
Good communication skills in both writing and speaking
Flexible, persistent
