Organize and deliver training courses

• Accomplish advance/expense sheets, attendance records, examination forms, and other administrative tasks
• Arrange the logistics for transportation and classrooms prior training for trainees and trainers (internal and external)
• Deliver range of catalogue and tailor-made training courses as per the training plan and methods, in English or in Myanmar language
• Conduct feedback survey after each training course

Creating and improving training content and material

• Correct errors and mistakes in the training content based on client feedback, subject matter experts’ comments, industry/legal changes
• Improve the content following the training cycle as per Manager instructions
• Provide and/or work on new ideas to improve the trainees experience

• Bachelor Degree in related domains and Trainer certification from a recognized training academy/facility
• At least 3 years of work experience in related role and previous experience in security related field would be advantage
• Open to recruit former trainer in security, oil & gas, mining, Power plant, critical infrastructure sectors
• Good Command in written and verbal English and Burmese - needed for communicating with a range of people both internally and externally
• Excellent public speaking, attention building, good organizational and solid interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of training method ands related to security and emergencies
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite

• Travels outside Yangon occasionally
