Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with local government regulations.
  • Prepare and manage shipping and delivery documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
  • Identify and resolve any logistics issues, such as delays, shortages, or damaged goods.
  • Coordinate the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, and sales, to align logistics activities with company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding schedules and updates.
  • Identify and address potential risks in the supply chain, such as delays, damage, or shortages.
  • Commitment to maintaining transparency, fairness, and compliance in all operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Holder.
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export & import and border trade channels.
  • Solid understanding of customs regulations, import / export procedures, and documentation requirements
  • Familiarity with Trade net and related systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with the customer
  • Strong problem – solving skill to efficiently resolve customs – related issues
  • Strong ethics and integrity in related processes
