We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to oversee our international logistics operations, ensure customs compliance, and manage timely shipment deliveries to our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and coordinate the import process from origin to delivery.

  • Ensure shipments arrive at the warehouse on time.

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all import/export documentation and customs procedures.

  • Manage license applications and ensure full compliance with government regulations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.

  • Monitor import/export activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Diploma in Logistics.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in the import sector.

  • Strong background in customs documentation and clearance procedures.

  • Fluent in English or Chinese.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle long working hours when necessary.
