Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Handle picking and packing of spare parts according to ASC orders.
  • Process goods issuance after receiving shipment confirmation from the Accounting Department.
  • Verify and confirm final shipments before dispatch.
  • Arrange and dispatch outgoing orders in accordance with company procedures.
  • Conduct regular stock checks through cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Report any damaged, missing, or stock discrepancy issues to the Warehouse Manager promptly.
  • Ensure proper storage and safe handling of all warehouse stock in compliance with company procedures and workplace health and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate and supervise contract workers involved in warehouse activities when required.

Job Requirements

  • High school completion or relevant educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or goods issuance is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock handling procedures.
  • Ability to work carefully and accurately with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
