Conduct site visits and measurements for interior decoration projects.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide interior design recommendations.
Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and 2D/3D design proposals.
Prepare accurate quotations based on site conditions and design specifications.
Supervise the implementation of design works on-site and coordinate with contractors as needed.
Maintain good communication and relationships with clients throughout the project.
Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and timeline management.
Ensure design quality, functionality, and aesthetics are aligned with client expectations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain ideas clearly to clients.
Must be able to travel for site surveys within Yangon.
Honest, responsible, and committed to long-term work.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
