Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

  • Coordinate stock receiving, issuing, and transferring.

  • Ensure physical stock matches system records.

  • Conduct regular stock counting and stock reconciliation.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.

  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, and Purchasing Departments.

  • Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.

  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation and filing.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

  • Good organizational and coordination skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience in inventory or warehouse management is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
