Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory levels
  2. Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure timely replenishment.
  3. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of inventory data.
  4. Work closely with relevant departments to understand incoming spare parts & ensure the quantity and specification.
  5. Maintain accurate & upto-date documentation of inventory transactions.
  6. Perpare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, & other relevant metrics.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree (Diploma in Logistics/ Warehousing/Supply Chain)
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in Spare parts (as data entry, inventory accounting, stock controller)
  3. Able to communicate in English, essential to write an email.
  4. Must be able to use MS Word, Excel as an advance level.
  5. Have to able to work overtime as per operational needs.
