• Main Responsibilities
• Maintain, manage and modify all software systems, tools, and applications.
• Develop and analyze functional specifications.
• Be the interface between end-users and software consultants.
• Coordinate and support software professionals in installing and analyzing applications and tools.
• Develop, analyze and implement testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions.
• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
• Confirm program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
• Work with stakeholders to maintain existing software as needed throughout their lifetime.
• On completion, you will install and train the stakeholders to effectively use the program.
• Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant documents are updated in timely manner.
• Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow

Experience

• Must have 3years of working experience in Business Analysis or software development support
• English Language in proficient
• Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect workflows

Competencies

• Must have endurance over work pressure and workload 
• Must good communication in workspace 
• Must be active during the progressing projects 
• Must try to explore or learn the objectives as work requirements in short time 
• Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department procedure 

Qualifications

• University Degree in IT related field 
• Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an added advantage
