Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

· Support Solutions team with IT Solutions requirements and documentations.
· Support business units with their IT budget and roadmap planning.
· Work with business units on behalf of Technology interfacing all other business units and internal IT units.
· Coordinate the communication between business stakeholders, Technology, and vendors.
· Be responsible E2E for delivery of required solutions and requirement changes.
· Perform business analysis and business requirement gathering when required.
· Build and maintain the tracker of all changes.
· Understand project priorities and track the timelines for the projects.
· Produce cost benefit and technical requirement analysis when required.
· Able to communicate with stakeholders and prepare project solutions documentations and meeting minutes.
· Working closely with Project Managers/Solution Manager to manage project planning, implementation and deliverables.
· Provide technical solutions to meet business stakeholders’ requirement.
· Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour.

Job Requirements

· Recognized Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering preferred
· Min. 1-2 years' experience in Project Management
· Min. 1-2 years' experience in Business Requirement Gathering and Business Process Alignment
· Basic Technical knowledge/understanding in Application Development, COTS and ERP is a plus
· Basic knowledge of Infrastructure, Network and Cloud technology is a must
· Ability to work independently in a challenging environment
· Position requires high level of communication and presentation skills
· Position requires high level of analysis, documentation and critical thinking skills
· Require basic understanding on CAPEX/OPEX and able to calculate models on TCO across IT projects and spending
· Able to support on ROI and Opportunity cost with solutions and projects
· Experience in multiple business industries is a plus
· Self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset is highly preferred
