Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash and bank transactions.
  • Prepare payment and receipt vouchers.
  • Maintain cash book and payment records.
  • Check and file supporting documents.
  • Handle staff advances and expense claims.
  • Assist with bank/cash reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and organize accounting documents
  • Collaborate accurate data entry and organize accounting documents
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Good Excel and Aaccounting knowledge.
  • Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work well with the Finance & Operations teams.
