Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions
  • Assist in accounts payable and checking invoice from oversea and Local
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Support senior accountants with audits or reports
  • Data entry and document management

  • Reports To: Account Manager / Chief Accountant officer

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • 6 Months or 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience (entry-level)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as:V6 and ERP software
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, etc.)

  • Certified Bookkeeper of LCCI Level 1&2 , ACCA foundation Level 2
