• Generating sales invoices to customers in a timely manner in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Preparing monthly Form 31 for Commercial Tax of revenue invoices.
• Posting Accounts Receivable and receipt transactions into the accounting software accurately and promptly.
• Ensuring all transactions are supported with proper documentation and the accuracy of customer invoices and receipt.
• Assisting in tracking outstanding receivables.
• Checking the monthly AR aging and assisting in reconciling as needed.
• Checking bank statements against receivable records.
• Maintain the Inventory, overviewing the Fixed Assets and Other Asset Stock Taking
• Maintaining proper filing of AR documents for audit purposes.
• Liaising with Auditors for AR-related matters.
• Performing Ad Hoc Assignments and Tasks Assigned by Seniors.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure.
• Banking knowledge will be considered an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with undergraduate level or postgraduate level diploma in Accounting

OR

• Part-qualified ACCA or CPA (preferably Part 2 for ACCA, Part 1 for CPA)
• Competence in Microsoft office applications and computerized accounting software.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, Organization skills, and time management abilities.
• Strong leadership skills
• Initiative, independence, integrity, diligence, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Myanmar.
• Minimum 1+ years of professional accounting experience required.
