Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payments in the accounting system.
  • Prepare journal entries and perform bank and cash reconciliations.
  • Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on.
  • Prepare weekly AR aging and collection-status reports for management.
  • Assist in accounts payable including vendor payments and invoicing.
  • Maintain inventory/stock records and product costing records.
  • Participate in inventory ground checking and support stock verification activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Accountant.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or Diploma in accounting or a related field
  • Must have (1) years' experience in the Accounting Field.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Good Communication skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure with ability to meet deadline.
