Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Perform data entry for sales, cash, and stock transactions accurately and timely.
  • Conduct vouching of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile receipts, payments, and petty cash.
  • Collect and file accounting documents in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable, verify invoices, and complete timely system data entry.
  • Support the finance team with routine reports, month-end closing, and resolve cross-department billing discrepancies.
  • Follow internal controls and audit requirements while maintaining strict data confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting is highly preferred.
  • At least LCCI Level 2.
  • Must be able to use Excel & Word.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • High numerical accuracy, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
