Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for daily cash-flow management and petty cash control.
  • Reviewing & checking payment vouchers for project costs and others expenses.
  • Create financial documents such as Debit Voucher, Credit Voucher, Manual Journal
  • Maintain the list of all active bank accounts and control over the documentations of all bank accounts systematically
  • Provide support resolving in banking issues if any
  • Run all treasury related works for daily business activities
  • Submit documents to tax office arranged by Accountant/Senior Accountant
  • Others office secretarial duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or LCCI level III.
  • Proven experience in accounting field and accounting software (preferably 3+ years)
  • Analytical, with an eye for details and good MS Office skills
  • Positive attitude and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • English proficiency is preferred
