Duties and Responsibilities

  • Checking CTS New Cheques Stock.
  • Reporting the amount of remaining cheque & PO to Senior Manager at the end of every week.
  • Voucher prepare & posting into the system.
  • Matching Daybook and reconcile.
  • Going to MEB and other banks if necessary.
  • Phone Billing by Giro system.
  • To use email if necessary.
  • Duties assign by Chief Financial Officer and Senior Manager.
  • Typing MICR code for cheques and PO to distribute the individual branches.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or other related academic backgrounds (and Certificate in LCCI is preferable!)
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in a related field
  • Have knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good positive attitude, collaborative team player
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Myanmar Nationality Only
