Managing all banking transactions including liaison with Banks for remittances, payments and receipts, provide proper support and documentation to bank where necessary.
Liaison and facilitating Auditors for external audits and ensuring completion of audit and getting Auditors report as per statutory timelines.
Manage and handle the ongoing communication with Auditor’s office and build relationship as a single point contact.
Coordinate in case of periodic audit visits done by auditor’s office to the district and provide them with necessary information, documentation as necessary for completion of timely audit.
Follow up on collecting Purchase Orders from clients
Ensuring Timely submission of billing to clients by making sure that all billings for a month are submitting by 15th of next month.
Preparation of monthly summary of invoicing and sending it to agency leads
Preparation of monthly Aging report and sending it to agency leads
Preparation of monthly Accounts Payable reports
Coordinate with business team and clients for the timely recovery of dues.
