Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the admissions team to promote the school and assist in increasing enrolments.
• Learn and gain a comprehensive understanding of the school's programs and services to effectively communicate them to potential parents and students.
• Participate in school outreach activities, including Roadshows, exhibitions, networking events, and other initiatives to create awareness about the school.
• Assist in managing inquiries and engaging with prospective parents through social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the senior consultants and admissions team.
• Support school events and projects as required, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Follow a weekly work plan provided by senior consultants, taking responsibility and ownership to meet set targets.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions provided by the school to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Entry-level candidates with limited or no prior work experience are encouraged to apply.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales and consulting role.
• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic communication skills and a polite phone manner.
• Willingness to engage positively with students, parents, colleagues, and potential customers.
• Strong organizational skills to follow work plans and meet targets.
• A professional demeanor and willingness to learn from colleagues.
