Senior Support & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Senior Engineers in the installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service operations of machinery and engineering equipment.

Installation & Commissioning:

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning processes of machinery and equipment.

Customer Guidance:

• Explain proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.

On-Site Services:

• Travel to customer sites to perform scheduled service and maintenance work.

Documentation:

• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain detailed maintenance records.

Compliance & Safety:

• Strictly follow workplace safety rules, protocols, and company policies.

Cross-Departmental Teamwork:

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule.

Education:

• AGTI, B.Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Power Engineering.

Age & Identification:

• 18 to 35 years old (must possess a valid National Registration Card / NRC).

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience preferred, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. (Preference given to candidates with a basic understanding of hydraulic systems.)

Technical & Computer Skills:

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical equipment diagrams and technical drawings.

Language Proficiency:

• Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).

Travel & Work Environment:

• Ability to travel to regional/outstation sites and adapt easily to diverse working environments.

Driving License:

• Valid driving license is a plus.

• Punctual, accountable, disciplined, eager to learn, and passionate about machine repair and assembly.

Working Hours :

• 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
