Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Collecting and filing the documents of the cases
Assisting the tasks of the superiors for applied financing cases
Preparing the financing proposal of the applied cases when assigned by Team Head.
Following up monthly on the transactions of the clients such as loan expiry, cross-sell, interest repayment, etc.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on timely manner.
Ensuring the admin tasks for the department if assigned by Team Head.
Finding and collecting the information of the clients/industries
Ensuring all working papers and other documentary records are filed and maintained in an orderly manner.
Any other tasks assigned by superiors in the team

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree
Related Banking Experience is preferred
Able to communicate in English
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Familiar with usage of computer (Microsoft office & Excel) and modern technology (mobile application).
