Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Maintain and keep updating a record of new/ amended laws, rules, regulations, notifications, directives, and Myanmar Gazette from Regulatory/ Government and report to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain and Keep legal documents and company data.
  • Assists in various legal matters.
  • Assisting in the review and drafting of legal documents, contracts, and advising.
  • Regular updating of contract management database and ensuring proper filing system for easy retrieval.
  • Other legal and administrative tasks such as preparing presentation materials, and drafting minutes for meetings.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
  • Assisting in the court cases.

Job Requirements

  • Male Prefer.
  • Any graduate with a Diploma in Business law (or) LL.B and LL.M will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
  • Able to work independently, manage and motivate team.
  • Good negotiation skills for dealing with new and existing customers.
  • Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
  • Good written English and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of management tools.
