Job Summary  

This position is mainly responsible to provide logistic support to the business in terms of receiving, issuing and dispatching the stock, handling export & import documents and communication between the suppliers, commercial and customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform all the documentation of export & import, filing and distribution as necessary and coordinate all the necessities with all the stakeholders including Gov dept. (30%)

2. Tracking the shipments and facilities to transport to destinations. (20%)

3. Monitoring of FG receiving and issuing (Physical and ABS system) accurately. (10%)

4. Facilities for ground stock checking (monthly) and find cause of discrepancy between physical & system. (10%)

5. Extract Inventory reports of warehouse and prepare the monthly reports for finance in time. (10%)

6. Prepare the logistic expense and claim to finance in a timely manner. (10%)

7. Other administrative tasks as assigned by management. (10%) 

Reporting Structure and Key Stakeholders

1. Reports directly to Logistic Supervisor (EWMM)

2. Parallel working relationships with finance, suppliers within company and customer with the external. 

Key Success Factors

• Bachelor’s degree (preferable with a logistic diploma or equivalent)

• With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in related field

• Intermediate level of spoken and written in English

• Able to use Microsoft office application (especially proficiency in Microsoft excel)

• Good working knowledge of export/ import license documentation.

• Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision/ willing to learn attitude as this one is one of the core competencies of EWS.
