Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Super and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, quality control, storage, picking etc.
  • Ensure goods are handled, stored, and issued according to company procedures, quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage and lead the warehouse team to ensure the smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation.
  • Organize and maintain systematic stock placement for efficient inbound and outbound processes.
  • Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
  • Prepare reports related to inventory and warehouse activities as required.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required warehouse records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Inventory systems, ERP, Odoo)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and material handling procedures
