Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Super and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, quality control, storage, picking etc.
Ensure goods are handled, stored, and issued according to company procedures, quality standards and safety regulations.
Manage and lead the warehouse team to ensure the smooth workflow and productivity.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance and productivity.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation.
Organize and maintain systematic stock placement for efficient inbound and outbound processes.
Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Prepare reports related to inventory and warehouse activities as required.
Support internal and external audits by providing required warehouse records.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Proficiency in computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Inventory systems, ERP, Odoo)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety practices and material handling procedures
