Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Coordinate with internal teams and partners to prepare documents for the required licenses for products
Liaise with Government offices to procure required licenses for products
Prepare necessary documents for customs clearance
Follow up tax payments and tax stamps for import items
Coordinate with internal teams and customs broker to follow up and arrange customs clearance and trucking control of the delivery of goods to the warehouse
Carry out Custom clearance administrative duties
Ensure that all documentation is properly retained per customs requirements
Make daily & weekly reports
Other tasks as assigned by Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree
At least 3 year experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Import-Export
Proficiency in using computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willing to learn and work hard to grow within the company
Have knowledge of Ministry of Commerce, Myanmar Customs Rules and Regulations on telecommunication
Have experience in importing mobile phones or electronic appliances
English is a must
