Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Work with the operation team to collect the delivery order for site location and warehouse to collect the delivery dockets.
  2. Compare the delivery order and delivery docket from both and arrange the vehicles to deliver the stocks to the site locations.
  3. Maintain the vehicle rental contacts in excel including the detailed information (Company Name, Address, Contact Person, Number, Price) and update the data.
  4. Design the trip plan/ schedule for the deliveries to site locations and discuss with GM.
  5. Inquire the vehicle rental price/ transport price by ship from different sources (3 inquires) and get the approval from GM to rent.
  6. Communicate with the transport driver closely to explain the trip schedule for deliveries and to get the timely reports/ contacts from the drivers.
  7. Share the trip schedule information on viber group after getting the approval from GM.
  8. Prepare ready the required documents for driver (delivery docket & trip schedule) and issue these documents to the driver.
  9. Follow up with the drivers about the delivery progress while in a trip and report to Manager and GM in time.
  10. Collect the delivery docket from driver when the delivery is completed and check the respective signatures on documents.
  11. Collect the rental invoice from the driver and submit to Sr. Officer to prepare the payment with the payment form attached with the original invoice from rental.
  12. Maintain & record the delivery status (Complete/ Pending) and rental cost in excel and prepare the report for the Management.
  13. Analysis the delivery data regarding with the car utilization, delivery speed, any other data and find out the issues and discuss with Procurement Manager to take the action.
  14. Negotiate with the rental service about the contract by adding the detailed terms & conditions/ agreement like damaged stocks/ lost stocks) to take the fully responsibilities from rental service, price and delivery time as required.
  15. Develop the rental service contract and make sure to make the agreement signs for both parties (THS Logistics & Rental Company) on the contract before the stocks are delivered.
  16. Upload the agreement on viber group to show the evidence and give it to Sr. Officer to keep in a file.
  17. Responsible to go along with the transport vehicles to take care for Transit Logistics to be able to deliver the stocks to the site locations without any delayed, damaged/ lost.
  18. Responsible to stand by in the operation while loading/ unloading the stocks/ receiving the stocks from the suppliers when it is over working hour/ office hour and take the photos as an evidence and to report on viber group.

  • At least of 3 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Sound knowledge of Supply Chain
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to conduct cost analyses
