1. Research and Develop, implement, and continuously enhance domestics logistics & warehouse B2B & B2C marketing and sale.

2. Strong the marketing analysis & strategies, Business plan & Reporting field. Plan and control overall marketing and sale budget.  Establish and manage relationships with origin counterparts and destination partners.

3. Develop and managed own website, social media platforms, digital campaign,generated invigorating social media content.

4. Strategically grow a network of logistics & carriers.  Lead negotiation of rates and contracts with customer. 

5.  Stay current with developments and changes in applicable laws, regulations and other government requirements.

6. At the Warehousing part, must be have the Inventory konwledge, processing orders operating mechanical and IT systems liaising with transport companies, supervising and appraising staff maintaining statistical and financial records devising rotas for staff ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met managing budgets administering stock control ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

7. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.

8. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals & sale revenue.

9. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

10. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

11. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

1. Bachelor’s degree in the logistics, supply chain, transportationm, business or related field; master’s degree preferred.

2. 5+ years of experience in Freight Fowarding, logistics, supply management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

3. Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms.

4. Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.

5. Good communication skill, management & time managenmet skill, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and logical reasoning.
