An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Your Role

Report to Transportation Manager directly.


Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible to ensure smooth operational functions with different transporters on site.

• Supervise daily operation of taking order via phone and email, prepare route plans and schedule with Transporters.
• Coordinate with tracks owners and trace truck movements to ensure availability, estimate loading dates and transit times, schedule for future orders.
• Assist line managers in ensuring that all activities are being performed in accordance with both Schenker and Customers’ policies.
• Supervise the work of each temporary workforce member to ensure that they are working under our requirements.
• Promote safe work practices with labor, drivers and transporters.
• Perform other duties as assign by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 2-3 years of experience in transportation field specially nationwide
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Words, email)
• Problem solving skills
• Good team player
• Work well under pressure
