- B .E / A.G.T.I (Electrical / Mechanical) ဘြဲ႔ရ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- M&E ပတ္သက္ေသာ Certificate / Diploma ရထားသူမ်ားလည္း ေလွ်ာက္ထားႏိုင္သည္။
- သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး ၁ ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
အသက္ ၂၀ မွ ၃၀ ႏွစ္ အတြင္းျဖစ္ရမည္။
-အဖြဲ႔အစည္းနွင့္ပူးေပါင္းလုပ္ကိုင္နုိင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
-ယဥ္ေက်းစြာေျပာဆိုဆက္ဆံတတ္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
-အလုပ္ခ်ိန္ကိုအဆိုင္း (၂) ဆိုင္းျဖင့္လုပ္ရမည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး အေဆာင္ေနခ်င္သူမ်ားအတြက္ စီစဥ္ေပးမည္။
