Executive, Management Accountant is responsible for developing and delivering the dashboard of daily/weekly/monthly management reports, perform the analysis to provide insights of realization rate and utilization rate. Working under the direction of the Financial Controller, the Manager directs and coordinates the daily activities of with relevant stakeholders. The incumbent should be a highly motivated self-starter with minimum supervisory, review, and proofing experience.

• Prepare dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) as per the bank’s requirement
• Perform the reconciliations and liaise with relevant stakeholders on any finding
• Monitor and forecast the monthly cost of fund
• Maintain the fixed assets (including tangible and intangible) registers
• Maintain the monthly consumable stock registers
• Perform the analysis to forecast, budget, and measure performance and plans
• Present the analysis and suggest for better operational decision making
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders on the analysis
• Recommendations to improve the dashboard and analysis methodologies if relevant
• Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned or required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in management accounting
• Experience working with an automated financial management system and core banking to extract the data
• Practicing CPA is preferred
• Approximately 4 years of experience in the area of cost accounting and analysis
• Strong accounting knowledge and background, preferably in Financial Services industry
