  • Assigned duties, such as tilling soil, planting, irrigating, sorting crops
  • Monitoring the quality of the product
  • Organising maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment, tools and machinery
  • Determined number and kind of workers needed to perform required work and schedules activities assign tasks and ensure they understand the tasks
  • Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
  • Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Performs other related duties as required

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications required:

  • Master’s degree in Agriculture or Bachelor Graduate in related field
  • Degree level in Agriculture or related subject

Experiences, Skills and Knowledge required:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experiences in similar role
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and to meet commitments
  • Strong organizational, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Possessing skills in Leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
  • Regularly required to relocate or travel
