  1. Overall Responsibility
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as Admin, IT, HR and Logistics. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of employee engagement activities.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies, systems and procedures to improve operations and functions of the company.
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in sales, warehousing, documentation and delivery of goods to customers.
  • Work closely with General Sales Manager and other senior staff to smooth operations and to retain clients.
  • Provide suggestions for business growth.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Resolve escalated incidents and crisis arising from day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise HR, Logistics and Administrative personnel by communicating job expectations and appraising job results
  • Liaise with import authorities, including customers clearance agents to smooth the importation processes timely.
  • Up to date policies and procedures related to importation and reports to Senior Management Team in timely manner.  
  • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
  • Preforms other duties as assigned by MD.

  1. Experience & Educational Requirements
  • Master degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management preferred.
