Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Produce detailed M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
for building services and other projects.
Work closely with engineers and project managers to translate conceptual designs into accurate and
complete technical documents.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams and stakeholders.
Maintain and manage all drawing files, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with other drafting team members to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Assist in preparing and compiling technical reports and other project-related documents as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in M&E drafting, preferably in the construction or engineering
industry.
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a plus.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
