M&E Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site
Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager
Maintain and monitor all M&E-related documentation and records
Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements
Supervise and manage M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of work in accordance with contract drawings and specifications
Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on matters related to shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning
Organize and lead M&E coordination meetings to align all parties involved
Update and report on M&E progress, issues, and developments to the Project Manager
Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution
Negotiate and seek approval for any M&E-related changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
