Job SummaryExperienced M&E Manager to lead mechanical and electrical operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring reliable plant performance, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities● Plan, supervise, and improve M&E maintenance activities to ensure smooth production support.● Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.● Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely troubleshooting to minimize downtime.● Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, and contractor activities within budget.● Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and statutory requirements across all engineering works.● Support installation, commissioning, and upgrade projects for plant and building systems.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related engineering field.● Proven experience in M&E or maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial plants.● Strong knowledge of electrical systems, utilities, machinery, and preventive maintenance planning.● Ability to lead teams, coordinate cross-functionally, and manage external contractors.● Good problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.● Familiar with HSE standards, maintenance documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
