• Price estimate / Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Preparing , negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and projects
• Track changes to the design and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Liaise with the clients and other subcontractors , such as site manager, project managers and site engineers
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experiences with BE (EP) or BE (Mechanical)
• Ability to understand drawings and other contract documents
• Must have efficient good communication skills and management skills
• Ability to use in Auto CAD, Microsoft office, Excel, Email
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Must be able to travel.
