Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Plan and conduct product demonstration trials, field days, and farmer meetings.
  • Provide technical advice and agronomic support to farmers, dealers, distributors, and the Sales team.
  • Monitor crop performance, evaluate seed varieties, and collect field data.
  • Develop technical presentations, training materials, and product recommendations.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales activities.
  • Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
  • Prepare technical reports and recommend product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Production, R&D, and Sales teams to support product development and commercialization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Crop Science, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in agronomy, technical marketing, seed production, or agribusiness.

  • Strong knowledge of crop production, seed technology, and good agricultural practices.

  • Experience in field trials, demonstrations, and farmer training.

  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

  • Willing to travel extensively within Myanmar; valid driving license preferred.
