Manage daily Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and customer accounts. Monitor and follow up on outstanding and overdue payments. Reconcile AR transactions, customer statements, and aging reports. Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to promote products, campaigns, and seasonal activities. Manage daily posting, community engagement, and customer inquiries. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance. Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with improvement recommendations. Support product launches, marketing events, and field activities through digital promotion.
Order Management: Process, verify, and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, and delivery timelines. Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and supply chain teams to monitor stock availability and prevent order delays. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipment delays, and other fulfillment-related issues. Customer Support: Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any potential concerns. System Management: Maintain accurate records in the order management system (SAP) and ensure data integrity. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the order processing workflow and suggest enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and training to junior order processors to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Reporting: Generate reports on order fulfillment metrics, backorders, and customer complaints records for management review.
The Planner ensures that ASC’s seed production and operations are well planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently. This role is responsible for end-to-end production planning , ensuring that all steps—from parent seed to processing—are aligned, timely, and free of bottlenecks.
