Driving Sales Initiative to achieve goals thru OTC Team & in co-ordination with Sales Team.
Strengthen the Company’s sale by planning & executing the activities .
Implementing Sales promotion as part of Brand building / Market development effort.
Managing & Monitoring OTC team .
Tracking Competitors activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling & Marketing strategies.
Co-ordinating with Brand Team to generate more awareness & excitement in trade thru Promotions & events.
Training & Developing New promoter/Supervisor & existing OTC team with having Quarterly training Programmed & with regular Interaction.
Allocation of Targets to be done promoter wise / zone wise every qtr in co-ordination with sales team.
To prepare monthly review format & organize monthly meetings with promoter , Supervisor & NSM.
Quarterly review meeting with NSM & Business Head.
Monthly working plan & sampling plan to be arranged from Team & submit to NSM & product Manager.
To Focus on Visibility thru Merchandising team .
To take New initiative , Discuss ,Plan & execute them.

Job Requirements

Self motivated and persistent in achieving results.
Good people skill ( Leading motivation ).
Good product and market knowledge.
Presentation skill.
Customer Management & Negotiation Skill.
Good coaching skill & analytical skill.
Minimum 3 year experience at supervisor level & 1 year experience at executive level.
Any Graduate (More Prefer B Pharm or M.B.B.S Candidates).
