We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to join our team at i-Land Industrial Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems across the estate, contributing to our long-term success and tenant satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance; suggest improvements 
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance works, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial or commercial facilities.

 Key Skills

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Team player with effective communication abilities.
• Experience with biomass boilers, generators, electricity, and water distribution systems is a plus.
• English proficiency (Intermediate level – reading and writing).

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to live and work at the site management office.
• Willing to work on Sundays and public holidays on a rotational basis.
• Flexible with on-call duties and occasional extended working hours.
